He has held leadership roles at top measurement and data analytics firms, including Metrica, Gorkana, PRIME Research, and CARMA.
For over a decade, Richard has advised the UK Government’s Strategy & Evaluation Council on best practices for communications evaluation, including co-authoring the Government’s Digital Communication Capabilities Review. He served three terms as chairman of AMEC, the global professional association for media intelligence, where he led and contributed to the development of globally acknowledged best-practice resources including the Barcelona Principles, Integrated Evaluation Framework (IEF), PR Planning Guide, and the Measurement Maturity Mapper (M3).
Richard is a Fellow of AMEC, the CIPR and the PRCA and a course tutor for Socially Mobile. His career long commitment to improving the meaningful measurement and evaluation of communications has seen him recognised multiple times for lifetime achievement, including the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) President’s Medal for outstanding contribution to the public relations industry, Provoke Media’s SABRE Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement, AMEC’s Don Bartholomew Award for services to the industry, and induction into the USA’s PR News’ Measurement Hall of Fame.
With a background in Physics, Paul Hender has brought a scientific approach to the data, insights and communications evaluation sector for over three decades.
He has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected media intelligence businesses. Paul was co-owner of Metrica, Head of Analysis Operations at Gorkana, Head of Insight for Cision EMIA, and Group Chief Operations Officer for CARMA, where he led a team of 400 analysts and media intelligence professionals across four continents.
Paul has been a board member of AMEC and played a significant role in industry initiatives including the Barcelona Principles, AMEC Integrated Evaluation Framework (IEF), and Measurement Maturity Mapper (M3). He regularly advises on measurement best practices through industry events & webinars, student guest lectures and is the course leader teaching the AMEC Diploma in communications evaluation.

Steph Bridgeman founded Experienced Media Analysts in 2004. Working with Steph extends CommsClarity’s ability to offer flexible freelance media intelligence support to agencies and brands alongside training and advisory services including tender / RFP support, media insight best practice, operational efficiency, blending data sets and getting more out of the data inside your organisation. Steph is an AMEC board member, assessor for Socially Mobile and a former Institute of Directors brand ambassador. Steph brings with her more than 12 years’ NED experience, and the ability to identify and articulate award-winning measurement programmes. Experienced Media Analysts won AMEC small agency of the year in 2023 and was highly commended in 2024.
Steffen Egelund has nearly 20 years of experience in the media and technology landscape across Asia with a strong track record in leadership, business development and media intelligence. He is the CEO and co-owner of Media Track, where he drives strategic growth and innovation. In addition to his executive role, he serves as a board member for multiple companies and is actively involved in industry organisations, including being the vice-president of FIBEP. Prior to his time with Media Track, Steffen served as Head of Campaigns for a political party in the Danish Parliament, gaining valuable experience in political communication and strategic messaging.

Soren Enemark is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Media Track, bringing a unique blend of academic expertise and industry experience to the company. He holds a PhD in computer models of nanoscale mechanics and has a strong background in computational science, data analytics and large-scale simulations.
At Media Track, Soren is responsible for overseeing the quality and delivery of products, ensuring operational efficiency and technological excellence. Raphael is the Head of Production Innovation at Media Track, bringing over a decade of experience in the ICT sector. With a strong background in technology leadership, he has held several senior roles, including serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the largest Ed-Tech platform in the Philippines.
